She's cooked with the best, opened restaurants for herself and for others in the states and in different countries (from buildout, design, financials, training and execution), and has held the helm as an Executive Chef for years (but who's counting). Chef DiMeo, has endorsed products such as KitchenAid, she has been on all the crazy Cooking Competitions, has had her own show on TLC/Discovery, currently has a syndicated online show, and has been plastered on the pages of magazines and other media formats worldwide.
